Joe is a US Army veteran and has 38 years of plumbing experience, which also includes trade instructor. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cooking, and traveling.
Tim Sulkey
Tim is our commercial refrigeration service technician who also has 47 years of HVAC service. He enjoys hot rods, listening to music, and seeing happy customers when he’s completed his service!
Ben Smith
Ben has over 20 years of HVAC and electrical service. In his spare time he enjoys scuba diving and being outside.
Matthew Sulkey
Matthew is one of our training HVAC and refrigeration technicians and comes to us with 8 years of experience. When he’s not at work, he enjoys working on cars and playing video games.
Joel Cruz
Joel has been with the company since 2023. He is a one of our plumbing apprentices, but is also learning the other trades when not on plumbing calls. In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending time outside, being with his dog, and playing video games.
Koleton Lumpkins
Koleton is one of our tradesman apprentices and joined the company in 2024. He’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Koleton takes pride in his work and strives to make every customer happy.
